We came across Odin and his VP Daniel during our search for a PMO director. As we were looking for an international top talent, this was a challenging search and we were working on this recruitment with different international recruiters, such as Hays, Michael Page and Robert Walters. After we came across Daniel and his company, we received quit fast a good number real high level candidates and could close a deal with one of them. Due to a good first experience, we gave some other high level and challenging searches to Daniel and his team. We hired a BD director in the US, a country where we have or better, had no representation, and again Odin was capable to propose a number of top talents and finally we hired a candidate proposed by Daniel’s company, followed by an engineering manager in the US and a senior procurement manager.
